ONLINE ACCESS AGREEMENT AND DISCLOSURE

This Agreement and Disclosure (“Agreement”) is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning The United Federal Credit Union Home Banking including online Billpay (hereto referred to as Home Banking) services offered to you by The United Federal Credit Union (“TUFCU”). TUFCU’s Home Banking permits you to electronically initiate account transactions involving your accounts. In this Agreement, the words “you”, “your” and “yours” mean those who request and use Home Banking, any joint owners of accounts accessed under this Agreement or any authorized users of this service. The words “we”, “us”, and “our” mean The United Federal Credit Union. The word “account” means any one or more accounts you have with the Credit Union. By requesting and using the Home Banking service, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and any amendments

Note: If you do not log on for 90 days your account will become inactive. If this happens call our support number (800.437.5067).  

 If this is your first log on your user ID is your account number and your temporary password is the last four digits of your social security number. You will be prompted to change your temporary password.

If you have multiple accounts, use your oldest account number (lowest number) to log on for the first time. You can find your member account number on your last statement. Click here for an example.
